The idea started before the elections, with a suggestion that we put up a billboard asking "Is War the Answer?" with a tag-line "Vote on November 7th," and the full "Paid for by ..." statement included at the bottom.
 
We didn't have time to work out the legal ramifications (Church-State, etc.) but it looked like it might be somewhat risky to do it. So after the election we settled on "Peace is Possible," with the dove adding a holiday twist. Either way, it relates to the "intersection" issues that are the meat and potatoes of this blog, so I'm happy to be able to report on it now.</description>
